It was filmed out in Socorro, New Mexico (USA) on Sunday, JULY 7th at the VERY LARGE ARRAY (VLA). The concept for "Everyday" has the band performing among the 81-foot wide radio satellite dishes, which carry their music around the world. The production required three camera crews to be sent on a global mission to capture footage from various exotic locales and intersperse it throughout the video. A documentary crew followed the band all day on the 7th documenting the entire process. There are 27 radio antenna dishes in the VLA. Each dish is 82 feet in diameter and weighs 230 tons. The band flew into New Mexico that morning of July 7th and flew out that same nite. The VLA is where the movie CONTACT (with Jodie Foster and Matthew McConaughey) was filmed. The weather became so violent and dangerous that all non-essential personnel were removed from the set?

Joseph Kahn did not direct the video. We don't know where that incorrect information came from. Todd Kellstein is the director. The weather was incredible and the lightening was unbelievable.
